Fovret is the party responsible for the small amount of personal data described here. The project has no office open to the public and no telephone line; all contact happens through the form on the home page.
Identification data you supply (a name), contact data you supply (an email address), and the free-text content of your note. Technical data that the server writes down automatically — request time and originating address — exists only in ordinary server logs.
Where a note is answered, the basis is the legitimate interest of replying to a person who asked to be contacted. No profiling, no automated decision-making and no marketing basis is used, because no marketing happens.
Correspondence is held for twenty-four months from the last message in the thread, then deleted. Server logs are rotated on a shorter cycle and are not merged with correspondence.
The mailbox operator and nobody else. There is no processor, no CRM, no mailing platform and no analytics vendor. Data is not transferred outside the region where the mailbox is hosted.
You may request a copy of what we hold, ask for a correction, or demand erasure. A single sentence through the form covers all three; we answer within thirty days and usually much sooner.
